Return & Refund Policy – MHR Collection

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items by the customer.

  • Products returned after the given return period.

3. Refund Process

  • After receiving and checking the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refund will be issued via bank transfer or agreed payment method.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is available for damaged or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.

5. Return Shipping

  • In case of our mistake (wrong or damaged product), return shipping will be covered by MHR Collection.
